When the chocolates arrived, one of the box of 50 was opened and when I counted them there were only 48. Feels a little like Halloween and now feel like I have to check each individual chocolate to make sure they have not been tampered with. Never Again!!

chocolates okay …. customer service not so much

I continue to be dismayed at the lack of loyalty this CANADIAN company shows to Canadians. The American site has more choices, more availability, and more discounts. I buy these chocolates because husband depends on them for shift work so the product is good but the attitude of this company is not. As well, it would be nice if there was a phone number for Canadians to call when there is an issue as email responses take too long.

I love Awake chocolates. They’re the perfect little boost of caffeine and sugar. Having said that, I was charged for my order but never received shipping notification and it never arrived. I have reached out by email but haven’t received a reply.

I’ve received my next order but am still missing this one. I love your chocolates and would love to have this resolved.
