Chocolate Cashew Crunch Bars

Crispy and irresistibly delicious cashew crunch bars that doesn't require baking and only take 10 mins to prepare!

Ingredients:
  • 4 chocolate-covered rice cakes
  • 2 tbsp Pancake flavored Puffcorns
  • 3 tbsp cashew butter
  • 3 tbsp almond milk
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup 1/3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 4 AWAKE Peanut Butter Milk Chocolate Bites
Directions:
  • In a bowl, crumble the rice cakes and puffcorn into small chunks.
  • Add cashew butter, milk, and agave syrup to rice cake chunks and stir them well.
  • Transfer this mixture to the lined container (recommended: 6.29x3.54x1.77 form) and press down until flat and even.
  • Melt chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave and pour it over the slice.
  • Freeze it for 1-2 hours.
